1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms of Use of the Galt VPN Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are developed by Galt Technologies LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and define the terms of use of the Galt VPN Service, as well as the rights and obligations of Users and the Company. The Rules also apply to relations related to the rights and interests of third parties who are not Users, but whose rights and interests may be affected by the actions of the Users of the Galt VPN Service.
The following terms and definitions shall apply in this document and the resulting or related relations of the Parties:
Service - the Galt VPN mobile application and other resources linked to the galtvpn.com website.
User - a legally capable natural person who has joined this Agreement in his own interest or acting on behalf and in the interests of a legal entity represented by him.
Terms - terms of storing and processing confidential data about the Users of the Galt VPN Service
Application - Galt VPN mobile application linked to the website galtvpn.com
Website - galtvpn.com
Agreement - this Agreement with all additions and amendments.
1.2 Your use of the Galt VPN Service in any manner and form within its stated functionality creates a contract under the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.
1.3 By using any of the above-mentioned features of the Galt VPN Service you confirm that:
a) You have read the terms of this Agreement in full before using the Service.
b) You accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement in full, without any exceptions or limitations on your part, and agree to abide by them or cease using the Service. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement or are not authorised to enter into a contract based on them, you should immediately cease all use of the Service.
c) The Agreement (including any of its parts) may be amended by the Company without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Company's Website or bringing to the User's attention in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
2. General conditions of use of the Service
2.1 The use of the functionality of the Service is allowed only after the User has registered and authorised in accordance with the procedure established by the Company.
2.2 The technical, organisational and commercial conditions of using the Service, including its functionalities, are brought to the Users' attention by means of a separate posting on the Website or by notification of the Users.
2.3 The use of the Service for purposes contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia is not allowed.
3. Terms of using the Service
3.1 You can register and get access to the Service on the site galtvpn.com and in the resources, links to which are placed on this site.
3.2 Subscription is required to use the Service.
3.3 Subscription is paid weekly, monthly or annually according to the Pricelist:
3.3.1 Weekly plan - 3 USD per week; up to 3 devices; Valid when paying on the site galtvpn.com and in the bot t.me/GaltVPN_Bot;
3.3.2 Monthly plan - 6 USD per month; up to 3 devices; Valid for payment at galtvpn.com and t.me/GaltVPN_Bot;
3.3.3 Yearly plan - 40 USD per year; up to 3 devices; Valid when paying on the site galtvpn.com and in the bot t.me/GaltVPN_Bot;
3.3.4 Family plan - 69 USD per year; up to 10 devices; Valid when paying on the site galtvpn.com and in the bot t.me/GaltVPN_Bot;
3.4 Identification of the User implies processing of the User's personal data by the Company on the basis of the Rules. The User undertakes to consent to the processing of personal data belonging to him/her in accordance with the Rules.
4. Notices
4.1 The Company shall send any notifications to the User via personal messages in Telegram messenger and/or push notifications in the Application and/or to the User's e-mail address or any other method available to the Company at the latter's choice.
4.2 Any of the notification methods specified in this section of the Agreement shall be deemed to be agreed between the Company and the User.
5. Personal Data
5.1 The User gives his/her consent to the Company to process his/her personal data, including:
User's personal page ID in Telegram messenger;
email address;
Google or Apple ID account details;
all other personal data provided by the User in any way (hereinafter - Personal Data).
5.2 Processing of Personal Data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) with personal data of Personal Data Subjects, performed with or without the use of means of automation, such as, including but not limited to: collection, receipt, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction of Personal Data.
5.3 The purposes of processing Personal Data are:
provision of the Galt VPN Service by the Company;
informational support of the User, sending information and/or advertising messages in accordance with the terms of the Rules and the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia;
conducting marketing and statistical research
preparation of analytical and statistical materials;
improving the quality of services provided by the Company;
responding to the User's complaints and appeals.
5.4 The consents provided under this Section 5 are valid during the period of the User's use of Galt VPN and/or until the end of the period of fulfilment by the Company of the requirements defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, internal documents of the Company. The consent may be withdrawn by the User by sending a written notice of withdrawal of consent to the Company's e-mail address support@galtvpn.com Withdrawal of consent may result in limitation of Galt VPN Service functionality by the Company, including impossibility to use Galt VPN Service by the User, and cancellation of the agreement concluded under the terms of the Agreement.
6. Suspension and termination of use
6.1 The User has the right to refuse to use the Galt VPN Service.
6.2 The User's use of Galt VPN may be suspended or terminated after the subscription expires.
7. Consideration of appeals and settlement of disputes
7.1 The User has the right to send appeals related to the use of the Galt VPN Service via e-mail to support@galtvpn.com.
7.2 The Company is obliged to consider the User's appeals, as well as to provide the User with the opportunity to receive information about the results of their consideration, within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt of such appeals.
8. Other provisions
8.1 The User guarantees that he/she will not use Galt VPN for illegal purposes.
8.2 By acceding to the Rules of Use of Galt VPN, the User gives his/her perpetual consent to receive notifications, messages of informational, advertising, marketing nature, as well as service and other messages from the Company by any of the methods agreed upon by the parties in the Agreement. The User has the right to refuse to receive marketing, advertising notifications by sending a corresponding written application to the Company's e-mail address support@galtvpn.com.
