General Provisions
1.1 This Refund policy of the Galt VPN Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") is developed by Galt Technologies LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and defines the refund policy of the Galt VPN Service.
Refund policy
2.1 You can request a refund if the service does not work as advertised in the first 14 days after your purchase.
Non-refundable situations
3.1 You cannot request a refund:
3.1.1 If you fail to cancel your subscription before its renewal;
3.1.2 Claims of unused time on the platform;
3.1.3 Change of mind after purchase.
3.1.4 If it's been more than 14 days after the purchase.
Automatic renewals
4.1 Users are responsible for canceling automatic renewals before the renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel in time.
